Turkish Flag Private Boat / Yacht Operations

The operations we carry out for private boats up to 24 meters in LOA and private yachts of 24 meters and above:

2026 Binding Log License Fee List

In accordance with section “XIII - Fees to be collected from Mooring Log Licenses” of the tariff no. (8) under Law No. 492, the fees to be collected each year for the licenses to be issued to ships, sea and inland water vehicles recorded in the mooring logs, according to the length of the vehicle:

Fee Exemptions

• If the Mooring Log License of boats up to 4.99 meters is renewed for any reason (sale, visa filling, change of boat information, loss of documents, wear and tear, etc.), they are exempt from the fee .
• For document renewals due to document loss, wear and tear and visa expiration, Mooring Log Fee not paid depending on the boat length.
• However, if the visa section on the back of the license is expired, a fee is paid according to the length of the boat when issuing a new document.

Turkish Flag Commercial Yacht Operations

• Turkish ports commercial yacht registration and visa procedures
• Certificate of Seaworthiness
• International Tonnage Certificate (1969)
• Ship Registry Certificate — National Ship Registry (MGS) or Turkish International Ship Registry (TUGS)
• Mooring Log License (only for boats under 18 Gross Tons and which will not buy fuel without SCT)
• Annual Ship Health Certificate
• Radio License and all device transactions
• Minimum Safety Certificate for Seafarers' Equipment (for every ship over 50 net tons)
• Primitive Wooden Ship Safety Certificate
• International Loading Limit Certificate / FRIBORD (for commercial vehicles of 24 meters and above or greater than 150 GT)
• International Sewage Pollution Prevention Certificate (ISPP)
• International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate (IOPP) — 400 GT and above
• Machine International Air Pollution Prevention Certificate (EIAPP)
• All other SOLAS and MARPOL certificates according to boat gross tonnage, length and type
• Fuel Purchase Book with the Ö.T.V. reduced and its certification procedures
• Deck logbook, machinery logbook, garbage logbook and certification procedures
• All periodic inspection, visa and survey procedures (annual marine survey, land survey every 2 years, shaft survey every 5 years)
• Marine Tourism Vehicles Tourism Business Certificate — initial application, surveys, annual visa, activity report, name/address change, document cancellation, deposit refund
• Open Alcoholic Beverage License
• Port Departure Document — docking and anchoring orders, transit log, one-time port departure, ship arrival notifications
• Import, export and international entry-exit transactions
• Shipbuilding Permit and Building Registration document for new build boats
• Boat insurance policy and P&I
