Issues to Consider in Commercial Boats

1. 18 Gross Tonnage commercial yachts must obtain a Mooring Log License.

3. Since commercial yachts are obliged to obtain an annual Ship Health Certificate, yachts with port registration must obtain a certificate and existing ones must be renewed on time.

5. Crew and driving license qualifications must be sufficient according to the yacht's features and equipment; The captain must be authorized with “Captain Authorization Certificate” certified by the yacht owner.
