We provide consultancy and yacht agency services — yacht registration, company formation, port services, customs, shipping/freight, survey and insurance — for private and commercial, Turkish and foreign-flagged yachts in Turkish ports, as well as vessels under construction in Turkish shipyards.
Today, alongside our Istanbul head office, we operate in Izmir, Bodrum-Yalıkavak, London and Delaware, USA — working as an authorized agent before all relevant public authorities.
We work with you to determine the most suitable flag based on your yacht's length, intended use and cruising area, and manage the entire registration process.
Registering a foreign-flagged yacht under an individual's name is against Turkish regulations. We form the company that will hold the registration, and manage annual tax and fee tracking on your behalf.
